By way of Cybercast News Service, we discover that Senator Ted “Frogman of the Chappaquiddick” Kennedy may have conspired, colluded and collaborated with the Soviet Union to defeat the President of the United States.

Blogs quickly picked up on this story.

I want this story checked and re-checked, verified and re-verified. I don’t give a tinker’s damn how much money it costs. Once every living soul who might have gotten anywhere near this letter has been vetted, I want twenty sodding mediums with Ouija boards hunting down Andropov’s rat-arsed soul.

IF this story is true — IF, IF, IF — then I want testimony. In public.

IF there are verified, bona fide witnesses, I want them to testify on the bloody Capitol steps in front of EVERY -STINKING- BODY.

IF a sitting US Senator conspired with our enemies to defeat the President, I want every news network, every cable channel, every radio station, EVERY – STINKING – BODY IN THE PRESS with their sodding feet nailed to the sodding Capitol steps.

IF this story is true, I want Senator Ted Kennedy hung by the neck from the rafters of the Capitol Building until he is bugger-all dead, dead, DEAD.

And then he is to remain hanging there, with his toes dragging on Congressional desks until the end of this Session of Congress as a warning to the rest of the Congress-critters to NOT DO THIS CRAP!

This act — IF he did it — was treason. Is treason. Period. Full stop. End of statement.

  1. Well, I wasn’t as eloquent, Lawdog, but I did say he was a traitor when I ran across this story last week.

  2. So, why do you want to hang Kennedy, IF these allegations are proven to be treason, rather than political maneuvering. Shouldn’t we also be looking to hang Tunney and the unnamed “other Senators” who were interested in being included in making the same offer?
    I don’t have any particular affection or respect for Ted, but he wasn’t the only guilty party from what I read in your referenced article. If we’re gonna hang him, we gotta hang the others.

  4. Ted Kennedy has sickened me since I was a kid. His anti-gun crusade is what started me hating him in the first place.

    This revelation is no surprise to me, however, it DAMN well better get the attention it deserves.

    Because he, like way to many politicians on both sides, cares more about his party (and himself) winning. If he had been successful, the next president could have been a Democrat (possibly with the last name of Kennedy). This is a symptom of the corruption that runs throughout elected offices from the federal level all the way down to city councils. Is another symptom of how ill modern US society is.

    Only Kennedy knows if and why he committed treason, and he’s not talking.

    Swing one, swing all, I say. I never did like Kennedy and believe he should still be in prison for murder. Aside from that, if there is any truth here the rest of the people involved should also stand trial for treason.

    Of course, I don’t really believe anything will happen. This story is front page, first run news and is generally being ignored by MSM.

  13. 18 United States Code section 2381 states:

    Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

    18 USC section 3281 states:

    An indictment for any offense punishable by death may be found at any time without limitation.

    I am so looking forward to an indictment against the Senator from Massachusetts. And thanks, LawDog, for the heads up.

  14. Sorry Dog….you’re way off base here. Ted Kennedy SHOULD NOT be hanged.

    He’s way too fat. At his weight, likely as not it would pinch his head right of making a big ole mess.
