Today we learn that Nando’s Peri-Peri restaurants will be opening locations in Texas.
Y’all Houston folks better be making Nando’s some money so that they’ll come more this way — I can’t drive to Houston just to get chicken.
You’ll forgive me if I have a brief, manly squee — Nando’s Lemon-Herb Chicken Thighs and Chips are a fond memory of mine.

Would the Port of Peri Peri restaurant chain work? There is a cluster of them in the DFW area that can be looked at during FenCon.
-You- may not be able to drive all the way to Houston for chicken; I would*. And I got almost five times the distsnce to get there!
