John Van Stry is a good friend to Rita and I, so we were pleased as punch when Baen bought a novel from him.
Today we learn that Baen has released the e-ARC for his book, Summer’s End, and I’d take it kindly if y’all would have a look at it.

Outstanding!!!
So far, I like it. Not usually a scifi guy, but it hooked me. Baen’s tendency to put up sample chapters is always nice. I’ve bought so many books from them because of that feature.
I really liked it. It made me think of several Heinlien storylines and even Peter Grant’s Maxwell Saga.
