1. The last two pages of your intro are blank.

   1. On this book? Because I’ve checked, and several other people have checked, and they don’t find missing pages.

   2. Jason, you’re going to have to explain what you mean, because I checked both versions of this book (Kindle and paperback) and there are no issues.

2. Last night, everything in the foreword after “Alaska National” was blank on my iphone. Now everything is copacetic. Very odd.
